Blake, where did you get these instructions? You never upgrade your BN without first putting in the product key. I'm confused about what you mean by writing the product key in. The upgrade goes on an Sd card that you first prepare. That card has to be in your machine in order to download the upgrade. I don't know what you mean by Humanware hiding anything.
