Leslie, there are two ways you can try. The one I'd do first would be this:
 1. From the Main Menu, press F, C. At the "source filename" prompt, go to your
Flash Drive, and to the Keylist Folder.
 2. Press Enter.
 3. At the "list of files" prompt, press Space with X to get to the "hidden"
files.
 4. Go to the address.cdb file. Press Enter.
 5. Copy this address list to a card if you have one, and if not, I'd just put
it in the "none" folder of the Flash Drive.
 6. From the Main Menu again, press F, then E.
 7. At the "erase file from which drive" prompt, go to the Flash Drive and the
Keymail folder.
 8. At the "list of files" prompt, press Space with X to see "hidden" files.
 9. Go to the emailfolders.cdb file. Press Enwither.
 10. You'll be told that you have a directory which is a database, and you'll
be asked if you are sure you want to erase them. Press Y.
 11. You will lose the email you have saved, so if you need to move any of
them, do that first.
 12. When you check for email, you will be told that the emailfolder.cdb
doesn't exist, create a new one? Press Y.
 13. Copy your address list back to the Keylist folder.

Hopefully, you won't have to do anything else. Let us know.
