Hi Ken, In my case, I got: The actual unit ina case; AC adapter; Product documentation in print (the complete manual) Embossed braille documents (chapter 1 plus Command Summary and other documents); Two CD's (Program CD and an audio tutorial); Several cables (USB cable, serial cable, serial 9 pin to 25 pin adapter, headphones). It is advised that you charge your battery once you unpack your BrailleNote. Mine got partially discharged - so I had to charge the uit before using it. Cheers, Joseph
