Hi, the cables and cd's mentioned in this list comes with every braillenote so you need to talk to the people that sold your machine to you and find out why you didn't get them. You should also have some print manual and a small braille manual.

So contact the person that sold it to you and see if you can get what is missing. The only reason you wouldn't get these things is if it is a second hand machine and the first owner lost them but you should be told this sort of thing before buying. If you have to get the cords and stuff yourself it will cost extra but I'm not sure what the prices are like. Most things you maybe able to get at a computer shop but I tried getting a cereal cable myself when I got a second hand machine without one but I couldn't find the right sort in the shop so I ended up going through Humanware. That was a few years ago now so I can't remember the price of it.

Hope this helps,
From Shaz.

Hi Zach and all,

I had my BrailleNote for about 6 monthg on loan before I
purchased it
through ADP, and it only came with the AC adapter and slimline
carying
case. I don't have any of the other equipment mentioned in the
user
manual. I'm guessing I have to pay extra for the rest of the
material?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Best regards,

Siena.
