When I first got this email I was confused as to what word Alex was talking about and so I looked at it on my bn too. The word flowerbeds or so we can understand the word flower beds is not pronounced correctly no matter what synthesizer is being used at the time. I first read the email on my laptop using jaws and had know idea what the word was. Whether the word is singular or not does make a difference. In kng flowerbed is pronounced right but when adding the S. it isn't which is what Alex had said. However in eloquence it doesn't matter if it is singular or plural it doesn't pronounce it correctly. In eloquence flowerbed still does not sound right so this is a bigger problem then just a in bn software.
