I have 2 BrailleNote mpower bts. One that I use for home, has Keysoft 7.5 on it. My other unit is used for school and has Keysoft 7.2 on it. My school bn has been reseting it self lately when the ac adapter is plugged in. I then loose my date and time settings. This unit is also suddenly displaying "ac adapter off" even though it is still plugged in. A few minutes later, it will display "ac adapter on" and continue doing this. I use the same charger for both of my units. Could this be the problem? Is something wrong with my school unit?
