[Braillenote] Still unable to access the internet urgent help needed

Dear All.  After following steps from my It consultant at my 
school, I am still unable to access the internet.  It just goes 
for example, 42% complete.  I need to access the internet, it is 
very important that I have that capability.  I have emailed about 
this several times, with various responses.  Now, I have deleeted 
all my configurations, still to no avail.  Please, please, any 
suggestions would be greatly greatly appreciated.  Cheers, Blake.
