hello all, i've uninstalled active sync 4.5 on my windows xp machine, and installed 3.8 of the activesync program. however when i connect my pk, windows makes the correct sound to let me know it recognizes tthe usb connection. but the active sync dialog box does not pop up, and when i do it manually i cannot get passed the make sure your cable is connected box. when i press the next button, it just bounces me back to the same box. i don't know what the problem is here. i have restarted my computer and reset the pk. ___ Replies to this message will go directly to the sender.
