1.  Remove all storage devices.
2. Ensure that your ac adapter is connected and that the bn says that it is (check battery level and make sure it says "adapter on" after the battery level percentage).
3.  Go to the main menu.
4. Hold down the record key and reset buttons for several seconds. Normally you would release the reset after you hear the click, but in this case keep holding it. 5. After the pause of a few seconds (count to ten maybe), release both reset and record. 6. Wait for the system to come back up and follow any prompts. If you are told to press reset, it means do a simple reset with no keys held down, like you would do every so often to clear ram.
