Hi Karen, Well, when you send a file like this to someone, I recommend that you save th file as an RTF file. You don't really have to save the file in other format before printing it - while the document is being printed, BrailleNote will automatically convert it for you. As to the weard markings... are you using the correct braille input grade i.e. correct preferred braille grade? Did you "accidentally" set to computer braille while you are typing stuff as grade two? Check out Kwyboard Settings to see what's going on (Options Menu, K). As to the notetaker you've mentioned, I know what you are talking about (not here, though). Cheers, Joseph

Now my next question is: I sent an e-mail a text document to somebody to read, and they said there were strange markings in that document, had a hard time reading it. What should I have translated this document to to make it easy for her to read? When printing ink-print documents: what file type is necessary to get the page to look normal without weird stuff coming out on the page? Most of my documents right now are in braille. Do I have to translate these to ssomething else before printing out so it doesn't come out like mush? Sorry, still new at this stuff. When I had my braillemate just hit translation braille to print and everything was fine. Now what types of documents are for what? Thanks. You may e-mail me privately to spare the list aggravation. I am sure this question has been repeated a lot. Karen and Harpo thanking you ahead of time. Oh, by the with 1320 laser printer do I have to do anything special like resets do you know to get it to run? Thanks. way ___ Replies to this message will go directly to the sender.
