Yes. It is just like any other upgrade; back up your flash disk,
remove all storage devices, plug in your unit, put in the sd card
(which should be prepared and then loaded with the nk.bin file),
and press reset with dots 4-5 (j-k on qt). Follow the prompts
(after the reading, erasing, and writing is over) and there you
go. Read through the full instructions on the page from where
you got the nk.bin file to ensure nothing goes wrong.

Just go to the ks7.5 page on the hw site from where you got the
upgrade and download the nk.bin file (you do not need to do
anything with the bootloader like you did last time). Install it
like any other upgrade. Since it is a new build of 7.5 it is
free; if you had 7.2 you would pay for 7.5 first, but since you
already have 7.5, albeit an earlier version, you are fine
