Yes. Just create an ascii text file, but when you write the filename to create, att the extension (such as .html, .css, .js, and so on). The only thing to be careful of is when moving your files to a pc; the lines will not stay as you had them on the bn, but instead you will probably see some little "square zeros" (as they were described to me) where a hard return should be. If you do not plan on working with your files on both the bn and a pc, though, there is no problem at all.
