Take your unit out out of its case, and flip it over so 'the keys are down. There is a 5-Digit number on the exposed side, that is your serial number.

Subject: [Braillenote] URGENT:Error Message: 'serial number
required' URGENTHELP NEEDED:

After doing a JKL reset on my braille note, on the screen
appeared "Error
Message: 'serial number required'". I do not know how to get it
working
again.

Thank you in advance for responding in a timely matter.

Sincerely,
Malaina
