Hi:

I have and use this card. It does stick out of the BrailleNote further than the CF cards, but it does have a neat little swivel so it can be pointed to receive optimal signal strength.

I have had not one problem with it. People from this list who got second-hand usb WiFi seem to have had trouble with odd behaviors.
