My advice is for you to buy a 32 cell unit if you are a serious Braille user. I've had an 18-cell display from another maker and found I was living on the advance the display bar. If you mostly rely upon speech output but want Braille for say checking the spelling of a word or checking punctuation, then get an 18-cell unit. Brian Brian K.
