Hi list.
Problems with keyweb can be frustrating, but there are simple ways you can get around these problems. In this email, I will tell you how to fix the most common keyweb problems that I have been hearing about lately.

problem: When using keyweb, I start getting a weird message that says "Not enough storage is available to process this command." solution- This problem is caused by a memory issue, and will require you to press reset. problem: My braillenote locks up on websites, or it continues beeping and won't load the website I am trying to use.
solution: Try running these websites through www.skweezer.net
This website shrinks other websites, and makes it easier for mobile devices to handle them. This should also fix memory issues. problem: When I try to open certain websites, the braillenote asks me to download a file.
solution: Run the problematic website through www.skweezer.net

problem: When I go to a link that is supposed to play streaming audio, I get a message that says "Out of Memory." solution- The file might be too big for the braillenote to play, and you will have to download it. First, you will need to turn streaming audio off. To do this, first press backspace with O for internet options, and then select "File download options." Press space. The braillenote says "Stream audio links?" Press N for no, and then press space with E to exit. Now, you should be able to download the streaming audio and listen to it that way.

If you have any other problems that you would like me to try and solve for you, or any further questions or comments, feel free to reply.
