Try this:
1.  Hold down the left-most thumb key.
2. While holding that down, put your cursor on the left-most link indicator on the display, that is, the dots 2-4-6 sign that shows the start of the link. 3. Press space-3-6 twice and you will hear a web address. In most cases, the address will end in the file you are trying to get, and this will tell you the type.

Note that you can also move your cursor by character space-6 until you are on the same indicator as above and the process will work the same.
