Hi, sorry I meant USB flash drives. I have two that I use but I'm
not sure of the brands they are both 1 gig.

Yes, memory stick (a brand name of memory cards from SONY) will
not work. If
you are talking about USB flash drives, then it will work.
As for speakers, you might try a different cord to see what
happens.
