Hi, Don't ask me how it happened, because I don't know. When I took my BN out of its case this morning to clean the braille display, I realized that the back cover on my BN was loose. On closer inspection, a screw on the back side just forward from the CF card slot appears to be missing. Does anyone know what kind of screws the BrailleNote takes? I'll have to try and fix it myself, because HumanWare wouldn't look at my unit even if I wanted to send it in again. Thanks, Craig
