Any sd card will work, as long as it is not an sdhc (high capacity) card. Most any thumb drive (also callsh pen drive, usb key, flash drive, and so on) will work, as will most any external hard drive that connects via usb. Just about all cf (compactflash) cards will work, even the 32 gb ones, but sd cards do not come above 2 gb in anything but high capacity. If you want a lot of storage, I would recommend using a compactflash card as they come in large capacities for relatively little money. I would go to http://www.newegg.com to get any of this stuff. Note also that mini and micro sd cards can work, as long as they are not hc, via an adapter or usb card reader. You can also use an hc card reader plugged into a usb port on the bn, to read hc sd cards, but those cards cannot go directly into the sd slot of the bn. Let me know if this is confusing, as I do not doubt it is.

Have a great day,
Alex

Subject: [Braillenote] what's what?

I get so confused when looking for technology that's meant for
computers vs.. cameras or cell phones etc. How does one tell? My current dilemma, for example is SD cards. How does one go abou knowing which kind of SD card is something a braillenote can use?
