Kate, you download it to an Sd card, between 64 and 512 mb.
Then, when you upgrade, you do it from the card. Make sure your
product key is downloaded as well, and install it before the
upgrade.

I have an upgrade to keysoft 7.5. The question I have is, can I
download keysoft 7.5 to a card or memory stick and then load it
onto the BN that way or do I absolutely have to download this
