This interests me as I too have the need to keep
records of a similar nature. Mine are of 5 to 8
appointments every day. A classroom with 20 to 40
students in each of 5 or 6 classes would be even more
daunting.
As a tool for productivity it would certainly be of
benefit if such would be added to KeySoft.
My best advice for this role call function is to use
the KeyWord program. Make a simple list of your
students and place an X in front of those absent.
Save the file using a date code.
Another KeyWord method might be to insert dates after
each student name on such a list.
I use the KeyBase program to store information about
clients but find it to be awkward for active
manipulations such as you require.
