Do is because the link or button is trying to do something that 
the bn cannot do.  For example, the submit button could be 
checking to ensure that you entered all the required data, find a 
problem, and try to put a message on the page without reloading 
the page.  This type of thing is called dynamic html and is not 
supported.  Similar things can happen with other technologies, 
like AJAX or needing to click parts of a page that the bn will 
not let you click, like parts of a table or bits of text.
