Hi Josh, Few factors, including lack of display cleaning, not enough current being passed through the display and so on. Try cleaniung the display (using soft damp cloth) to see what happens. Then go to Options/Support information Mode/Exercise the braille display (SPaCE with O/FN+O, then SPACE with I/READ+I then X). Hold the unit upside down for couple minutes to allow unneeded particles to come out of the display. When you are done, press ESC/SPaCE with E to exit the Exercise mode, then press SPaCE with E/ESC twice to exit Support Info Mode. Cheers, Joseph

I don't know if it's my immagination, but sometimes the dots on the braille display feel less firm than others. Sometimes, I have a problem, where a dot is barely showing on the display. Why is this? _______________________________________________ BrailleNote mailing list [email protected] http://list.humanware.com/mailman/listinfo/braillenote No virus found in this incoming message.
