Malaina and all, The version of Active Sync depends on what version of Keysoft and keysync you are running. I believe that anything that is running 7.5 has to run keysync 3 and Active Sync 4.5. Remember that Keysync must be installed on your PC or laptop in order to use the BN with that machine. Do you also have a USB cable as you will need that as well.
Shannon, in order for someone to answer your question, we need to know what version of Keysoft you are running. The version of Keysync would probably help as well but the version of Keysoft is essential information. Thanks.
