Hey, if my BN HAD STARTED MAKING THE HISS AND RACKET THAT YOU DESCRIBED WHEN YOU INSERTED THE WIRELESS CARD, i certainly wouldn't be buying other cards to put in there. Somebody should have been able to give a better answer to that if you let them know what happened.

HI group,
My second wireless card has died

(AMBICOM wl54cf) with my Braillenote Mpower

7.5.

As I can't seem to test the cards with

chkdsk from a card reader, does anyone

have an idea how to check it out.

When I inserted the newest card the

Mpower began buzzing and hissing. I turned

off the machine. When I retried the

card, I received no response. Tech support

suggested buying a new card, but I don't

want to spend another $80 (including

shipping) just to have it eaten up by

the Mpower.

Any suggestions are welcome.
