Hi Stephanie, Another file that can deny access is the address list. Just tried a test here. I went and protected the "Address list.cdb". Then I entered email and typed "w" to write an email. Immediately it said "Access is denied". When I unprotected it again, after entering "w" to write an email I got "Send to?" as expected. I suggest, go to Keylist folder with File Directory, look for all files including hidden, and check "Address list.cdb". It may of course not be this but worth checking.
How much space is free on your Flash Disk? How big is the Email folders database - (both files). (Not sure if you recreated it, if so it's probably quite small).
