Tina, Actually, it doesn't matter which grade is used when inputting information into KeyPlan as it will be translated and back-translated properly. All you need is KeySync and a fairly recent build of KeySoft 7.5, such as Build 29. There have been some issues trying to get the PK or mPower to be recognized under Vista; however, if you are using XP, all should be well.
