Hello Nancy: First of all, you need to make sure there are no attachments on any email you have saved, because once you erase them from your Flash Drive, they will no longer be there.
1. From the Main Menu, press W to get to the Word Processor. 2. Press O to open a document. 3. Go to the Flash Drive, and to the Keymail folder. 4. You will need to open a document in that folder, so that the Keymail folder will be the first one seen next time. 5. Go back to the Main Menu. 6. Press W to get to the Word Processor. 7. Press O to open a document. 8. At the "Keymail Folder" prompt, press T chord. 9. At the "Directory Name" prompt, press Space. 10. You will see "Subdirectories of Flash Disk Keymail. 11. Press Space, and you will see "Attachments. Press Enter. 12. You will see "Document to open?" As you scan down the list, you can press dots 2356 Backspace to erase any attachment.
