that doesn't sound like a keyboard problem, at least not physical. my best
bet would be to send the unit in.

Hello; Listers, I have a question. How can I clean the braille keyboard? I
am having trouble with it. Everytime I try to type a letter or a character
it comes out as something else. Lets say if I type the letter l it comes
