Hey all, especially Jose and Alex,
My BN MPower BT32 transplant's display went down about two or three weeks ago and I currently have an open RMA so I can send it in to Humanware. I tried deleting the keysoft.ksd file and, as Jose reported, the Braille display's up and running again. I'm very happy about that, so thank you for passing that along.

Now I have another problem. After killing the keysoft.ksd and doing a reset, I now get the message "failed to initialize the dictionary software". I had the Oxford Concise Dictionary installed. Guess I'll have to re-install it if I can find the card that it came on. If I can't, is there anything that I can do to get the the Oxford Concise dictionary up and running again? Thanks.
Tom

Yes, this can happen, though I have noticed it came about in ks7 and went
away in 7.5, but maybe that is just me.

Have a great day,
Alex

Hello; Listers, I think my BrailleNote dilema is over. What I
did is deleted the keysoft.ksd file and I did a reset and
everything seems well. I got a question. Can this file become
corrupted at times? Please write back.
From Jose Lomeli.
