Dear Stephanie and List:

I'm not sure if the BN can handle tables in MS Word format.  You
could try reading them on the BN, but you may find you have to
convert the .doc file to .txt format.  And the Excel spreadsheets
may have to be converted to .txt files as well.

While this will work to give you read access to the information,
if you want to update the information then send it back to the PC
to be read as a spreadsheet or Word tables, it will be a disaster
because you'll have lost the formatting information.

If it won't work as a .doc file, try .rtf.
