Hello, Sissy: Try doing a 456 reset, (jkl reset.) If that doesn't fix work, go to the Dictionary Folder on the Flash Drive. Do it from the File Directory so that you can find the "hidden file." From the Main Menu, you would press F, D. Go to the Flash Drive, and to the dictionary folder. Look for the keysoft.ksaid file. Erase that one, and reset where you are. You shouldn't need to do this, the first way should work. If you wind up doing this, your unit will go back to the default setting. Good luck, my friend.
