Karen, what you need to do is just wait. If it is a big email,
it will take a while. I have noticed this too, don't worry, and
I have actually spoken to Humanware about it, and the advice I

Hi, Every time I go to the my email folder, and try to read old
mails there, it locks up when I try to trash old mail. I have
tried 4-5-6 reset, as well as ordinary one. Also tried 1-2-3
reset. Tried freeing database space or whatever you call it in
the Keymail menu. It still locks up. What should I try? Thanks
ahead of time. Oh yeah there's not much on the flash disk to be
deleted either. What can I do to clear this thing? Thanks ahead
