I really like http://www.w3schools.org for html, javascript, php, sql, and just about any other web language you want. Once you have the basics down and can speak the language (knowing what tags, attributes, all that are) you can just google exactly what you are trying to do, like "set position of <img> tag" or something and there are hundreds of tutorials, blog posts, and guides that google will find for you on setting the position of the <img> tag.
