[Braillenote] Paragraph settings when translating a document from normal braille to a microsoft word document and putting it on the computer

Hi All.  Can anyone answer this question? When I put a document 
from braille to a .  doc file, it getts rid of all the paragraphs 
if I put it on usb and transfer it to a normal pc.  Can anyone
