Hello Alex and All,

Thanks for providing the explanation about the free cleaning that is included
with the service contact. The service contact provides for one free cleaning,
not two. If your BrailleNote does not have a service contact, you can pay to
have the cleaning and at the same time the unit goes thru a complete
evaluation. We still clean both Tieman and the KGS displays.

Hi, you can save the emails, and then if you ever want to go back to them you
can. To save a message, you can block the message or press space with s. It
will ask you to save in which folder?
Answer for what you want.

When you are on the address prompt if it's the address you want, press
backspace-k and go to the place you want to put it. If in a word document
paste it here. If in a keyword document, first turn on computer braille then
paste it. Hope this helps,

Zach

Hello; Listers, I have a suggestion to make. I wish we can use yahoo
email with keymail. I was just wondering if this is possible to do. It
would make life easier for most of us who use yahoo. Can this be done?
Please write back.

Unfortunately, if you live in a country where webmail is the only means by
which you can access Yahoo! Mail, this is not possible to access it through
Keymail and never will be.

Honestly, peeps, try out Gmail. I am not being paid to advertize Gmail, but
it is brilliant, offers nearly unlimited storage, and lets you view your
Email just about wherever and however you'd like.

It usually works, but when it does not I have to service reset
out of it. No, I had not disconnected, but I never do.

Have a great day,

Hi. Can anyone tell me what I need to have to get the free
braille display cleaning? Is it just the upgrades or is it the
actual maintainance agreement? How can I check if I have the
maintainance agreement? I'd like to have my braille display
cleaned at the end of this semester but don't o what I need to
have in place to do this for minimal costs.

You need to have a service contract, the $500 per year. This
gives you free maintenance (but you pay for any parts they have
to replace) and two free display cleanings per year. Be warned
that if you have your bn for more than three years they will not
accept service contracts, and if you have not had a contract
before you will have to send in your unit to be inspected before
they will agree to give you a contract.

Have a great day,
Alex

Hello,
Usually, I exit out to the main menu, turn off the unit and pull
out the card.
If I forget, and go to another program, such as reading a keyword
file, within seconds it will lock up and I have to perform a
reset.
I never had this problem with the old ambicom cards.
I am hoping that Hw will come out with a driver to fix this.
Thanks,

Robert Stigile
