These are for ce and are not used by the bn much, if at all.
Some are used when recording, some are used when connecting to
activeSync, some are used for rare events like pinging, and some
are never used at all. I do not remember the exact names of any
of them, though. The ones that are used by ks, like keysoft
beep.wav or keysoft alarm 1.wav, are only used when Eloquence
speech is selected, so changing them will only have an effect if
you use Eloquence over keynote gold.
Have a great day,
Alex

Subject: [Braillenote] Got my new sounds!
Hi all,
Thanks to all of you who have helped me out with the BrailleNote
sounds. I changed my startup sound as well as a few others
without any
difficulty. It turned out that the windows XP sounds I have on
my
system are dated 2004, so a friend of mine sent me his, which are
also
XP sounds but dated 2007. So now it works! Again thanks for all
your
help!
I do have another question regarding the Keysoft sounds: There
are
some that are in the KSSD in the Windows folder that seem to
serve no
purpose, for example, the Openprog.wav and the close.wav . I was
wondering what commands these are used for, before I go ahead and
copy
them in Windows on the flash disk?
Thanks in advance!
All the best,
SIena.
