Back up your flash disk, pull out ALL removable media, go to the
main menu, and do a 4-5-6 (jkl) reset by holding down dots 4-5-6
(or j k and l on a qt model) and pressing then releasing the
reset button. Keep holding down the keys until you hear the
startup music, at which time you should release the keys. You
may have to press reset a few more times (the bn may say "system
files have been updated, press reset"). If so, this is a plain
reset, not a 4-5-6 reset like before. A note: when you say
"rebooting", what do you mean? The bn's os operates much
differently from that of a pc, and does not, strictly speaking,
reboot. What kind of reset are you refering to here?

Hi Guys,
Seasons greetings to everyone.
I had a weird thing happen last night and boy is it annoying me;
lol.
While checking and deleating some emails I began getting a
message of;
The operation completed successfully.
I've rebooted and done several things and I can't seem to get rid
of it.
So,
I ask our wise one's what should I do?
My note may show up twice by error.
It shows that I have two pieces of outgoing mail when only one is
in the outbox.
