First, your links showed up, but they were at the beginning of
the message, not at the end where they should be. Second, I am
not sure of your question. If it froze, and a reset fixed it,
then a reset will fix it if it ever happens again. It is a good
idea, every so often (once every month or so maybe, but that
estimate is not based on anything) to back up your flash disk,
remove all cards and thumb drives, and do a 4-5-6 reset: go to
the main menu, hold down dots 4, 5, and 6, and hit reset like
normal. Keep holding the dots until you hear the music, at which
time you should release the dots and follow any prompts, like
hitting reset (by itself) if prompted.

Hey I just had something hapin to me that I don't know if it's
good or
not. I had turned on my braillenote to get something, but when I
went
to the my favorite's list, it frose, so I did a reset, but it
froze.
What do I do. It works now, I just don't know what to do if it
happens
again. When I resetted it, the music came on, and didn't do
anything
for a long time.
