I do not do this usually, because when I try to, the bn will say
please connect the port or something like that.

Subject: [Braillenote] Accessing the Internet via Bluetooth and a
mobilephone
Guys, I'm on build 7.28 and will be installing 29 within the next
day or
two. Do any of you use your mobile phones as a modem to access
the internet
and connect the BrailleNote via bluetooth? Even in a spot where
there is a
good signal, I find this unreliable. Sometimes it disconnects
for no reason
when you're linking to another site and the whole BrailleNote
blocks up.
Often it says Cannot find Port even when you have activated the
modem. Is
there a way anyone knows of to get this working reliably? Also,
if it does
say cannot find port and you know your Braillenote modem is
active, is there
something you can do to get it working again without doing a
reset or
removing the pairing? I've got a wifi card now which will
hopefully work
with the new build but I've been reading with interest other
peoples'
comments about wifi cards.
