I think you mean 7.5, build 29. There
isn't a Keysoft 29. What are you
running now? When you log in with your
serial number, does it show that you can
download 7.5, if you're not running that
particular one? The site you would go to
would be:
pulsedata.propagation.net/sdw/user/login
.aspx
You'd enter your serial number, then the
password would be frog1. You could then
see what you can download. Good

Has anyone run in to this? I just e-mail
about it because I was trying to
get the prroduct key for my m-power to
upgrade to keysoft 29, and it won't
let me. How did anyone get that solved
to get th product key? I didn't buy
my unit but when I call in they seem to
pull me up for tech support so I
wasn't expecting this.
