There are two types of sd cards: "normal", and "high-capacity".
(Note that I made up the "normal" name; they are just cards that
are not high-capacity). When you see "sdhc", it stands for
secure digital (sd) high capacity (hc). The bn can handle normal
cards just fine, but it cannot use hc cards. About 4gb is the
max for normal cards; normal cards go from 0 to 4 gb, and sdhc
cards go from 4 gb to 32 gb, so a 4 gb card could be either type,
but above or below that you know which one it has to be. This is
why your 128 card, which is a normal card because it is below 4
gb, works fine but your 8 gb card, a high-capacity because it is
over 4gb, does not. I hope this made sense.

What is the maximum capacity SD card that the mPower can handle?
I have an SD card that is 128MB, and a second that is 8GB. The
128MB works just fine, but the BrailleNote wouldn't recognize the
8GB card. Maybe someone could shed some light on this one for
me.
