Hi,

A suggestion to HW, the need for which came out of something slightly foolish I did.

Background:-
I was in KeyList, freeing database space on a sizeable file.
Now, I knew the battery was a bit discharged, but thought I could get away with it. Anyway, got to a bit over 80% of freeing done when the "battery is low" became a bit more frequent. So I carried my machine over to where I charge it, put it gently down, and accidentally flicked the "previous" thumb key. That's the one which caused the BN to say "exit" and stop the database opperation. Initially the BN refused to find any files at all on the SD card - which was where I had this Keylist database. After taking out the card, BN off/on, re-inserting the card the files came back but freeing database space on the same file failed, (Can't remember the message).
Left it charging all night and returned to it next day.
Got rid of cookies, temp files and history in KeyWeb, did 4-5-6 reset, tried freeing database again and worked fortunately.

So, could an option be implemented to allow the thumb key exit to be temporarily disabled. Or, could significant opporations have a check added, (perhaps as an option), so that if you did exit the BN would ask "sure?" so you could cancel your exit.
(This would be much like the check on delete block.
Also, it could be something optionally set so if you didn't want the "sure?" question you could disable it so the BN would act as it does now).

Regards,
Steve.
