Hi Nancy,
Go to Options Menu/Braille Options (or similar), then set the following:
* Prefered braille grade: Grade 2.
* Text document reading grade: Prefered reading grade.
That should fix the problem.

hi.  Latelfor when I read my e-mail or go onto Bookshare, 
everything's in grade one.  I created a document and wrote it in 
grade 2.  Whats causing this, and how do ow go back to grade two? 
I have a bt m-power 7.5/29.  When I go to options and br 
settings, it says I'm in grade two braille.  Thanks.  Nancy
