HW has said they monitor this list for suggestions, and, possibly more iportantly, sending a suggestion to the entire list is a great way to judge user support. If I send an email to the list that says I would love nothing more than to have user-definable alarm sounds, and no one responds, than chances are that this suggestion will go down on the list of features to include in keysoft since there was so little support for it. Many people have asked for html email support, so that is probably high up on the list because of its popularity; it is asked for pretty often by different users and is seconded by many each time.

Have a great day,
Alex

Hi, one other thing if I may. When someone has a suggestion for
an
upgrade on next keysoft can you send them over to HumanWare
privately
instead of posting them on the email list. Humanware are the
people that
need to read them not the people giving or asking for help. we
aren't the
once writing the next keysoft. So if you post them here, the
people from
Humanware I would imagine will just ignore just to get through
the emails
that matter and offer help from those who may need help and
ignore all
suggestions. Since they appear on the wrong email list. That
is why they
have a email set up for such things and it can be found in
HumanWare
website.

Hi. The ksd is not used for storing personal documents, It is
used to
store settings that HW have already loaded. Cheers Blake.

Hi,

I just wanted to suggest that HumanWare put a better quality
speaker in the
new BrailleNote whenever they make the newest one. Also, the
speaker could
be stereo and therefore recordings could sound a lot better.

Also, the flashDisk could be expanded to a couple of gigabytes to
allow for
extra storage. Same for the KeySoft system disk.

What does everybody think?

Alana
