Hi Robert,

Are you using a dial up connection or broadband?
Do you know what speed it is?
With dial up it takes something like two and a half minutes for one MB, about 4% of that file. Have you tried downloading it on to another drive like SD or CF card or memory stick?

Regards,
Steve.

Subject: [Braillenote] problem downloading an audio file: please
help

hi list.

I'm trying to download an audio file from the internet. It is
around 26 MB and there is around 54 MB on my flash disk.

When I select the folder and filename, it started beeping and it
displayed: "Please wait. 0 % complete." But it just kept beeping
and it stayed at 0 % and didn't change.

I've tried loads of things including resets and not luck. Please
help me!!!

Thanks.

PS. my virtual memory was around 32 % when i downloaded the file
and it is set to download audio files, not stream them.
