It is Microsoft that develops the standards and codes for MSWord, and it is
Humanware that has to put those codes into Keysoft. The problem is that MS
changes the codes a lot, so HW has trouble putting them in because they are
quickly outdated. MS has to communicate better with HW. Still, it should be
possible to get support up to 2007 now that that product has been released,
at least I would think so. HW has never been very timely in implementing
features, though, so I hesitate to blame MS entirely.
Have a great day,
Alex

Subject: [Braillenote] Word Support Question
I've heard so many different things about word support that I just do
not know what is true anymore. Is it HW, MS, or some combination who is
responsible for working on word support?
Nicole
