[Braillenote] quick off-topic question

Hi list! Does anyone on this list use marvelsoft's digital 
jukebox program? I cannot access the helpdesk in digital jukebox.  
I called tech support a while back, and they said there was a 
glitch with the "check for updates" feature, which I had ran a 
while back.  They said they would email me the solution, but for 
some reason I am not getting it.  Could someone please tell me 
how to repair digital jukebox?
