Hello Frank: This doesn't always work any more, like it used to, but this may be a good way to begin. Make sure you have all of your email saved. Back up any file you may have created in Keymail. From the Main Menu, press F then E. Go to the Flash Drive, and to Keymail. Press Enter. At the "list of files" prompt, press Space with X. Go to the "hidden files", and to the emailfolder.cdb. That's the one you want to erase. You will get the prompt that it may be associated with a database. After you erase that, go back to Main Menu. Press E, then W. You will be told that email folders doesn't exist, create a new folder? Press Y. If this doesn't work, you may have to back up your configurations, and delete the Keylist and Keymail folders, and do a reset at that point.
